Conservation Federation Seeks Director of Development

The Conservation Federation of Missouri (CFM) is in search of a qualified individual to serve as our Director of Development.

The Mission of the Conservation Federation of Missouri: To ensure conservation of Missouri’s wildlife and natural resources, and preservation of our state’s rich outdoor heritage through advocacy, education and partnerships.

The Director of Development is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Conservation Federation’s fundraising, including: the major gifts program, individual giving, planned giving, Business Alliance, select donor events and capital campaigns. The Director of Development reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Board of Directors in all development and fundraising endeavors.

CFM offers a competitive salary and benefits package. This position is located in our Jefferson City office. Travel to meet partners and prospects across Missouri, and occasionally nationally, is required.
