Since 1935 CFM has been Missouri’s leader in conservation and natural resource management.  Our role today is as important as it has ever been.  With so many individuals, citizen’s groups and agencies taking action, it is essential that we have an organization to unite us in our efforts, to empower us and to ensure that our energies and resources are properly applied. CFM is that organization.  Together with our many partners we have had a real and lasting impact on the land through our work to identify the challenges of the future, assess our options and to organize ourselves to action.  We stand guard to make certain that our past progress is not lost in the face of changing times, diminished budgets and increased population pressure.
