Mark Van Patten was a long time employee of the Missouri Department of Conservation and was very instrumental in the creation of the Stream Teams here in Missouri. He is also one of the premiere fly fisherman we have in the state. Now retired, he teaches fly tying classes. Listen to some history and great stories.
